If social media sites' Terms of Service were honest
community.qbix.comThis is a thought experiment, not a proposal.
I rewrote a social/dating site's Terms of Service to explicitly state incentives and power asymmetries that already exist but are usually euphemized or hidden. The format pairs "what platforms say" with "what actually happens in practice."
Curious where this is inaccurate, incomplete, or would fail in real systems, especially from a governance, incentives, or product-design perspective rather than a moral one.
