Using the Corne Split Keyboard for Half a Year

I've been using The Corne keyboard for about half a year now. And this is a compilation of my thoughts on where the idea to use such a keyboard came from, the process of making the keyboard, some difficulties I encountered, and my general observations throughout this process.
