Bitbucket cleanup of free unused workspaces: what you need to know

I wrote this migration tool when we moved years back from a locally hosted Bitbucket instance to Gitlab.com. I haven't tested it recently, but happy to take merge requests to address gaps.

This is kind of like what Microsoft did with Hotmail accounts, only to roll it back later.
