We built FirstDistro to answer a different question: Which high-value accounts are about to churn, before they tell you?
Instead of dashboards, it: - watches usage, engagement, and sentiment patterns across accounts - flags subtle risk early (even when accounts still look "health") - triggers alerts with clear next-best actions, not just scores
The insights that drove this: surprise churn usually isn't sudden, It's silent. We're working with lean CS teams where losing one $10k+ ARR customer really hurts.

Do you have some hands-on experience with working with these systems? If yes, what was your experience with catching customer churn, and how bad did it hurt when it happened? Can this be used with Linear and Zapier? Not yet, as this is rapidly being worked on at the moment. However, you can easily plug in your Attio crm and Slack, while we send only useful notifications like customers at risk, and recommendations on actions to take.
