I read it. it reads politically motivated. man this country is cooked beyond cooking.

    The original detention was politically motivated, and completely violated all semblance of due process. I can forgive the court for dipping their toes into the political pool this once to remedy and send a message to the executive that this will not continue to fly.

        How many legal court orders have been ignored during this case?

        If a court is asking for his release, then it's "following the law" and not political, right?

        Why do you get to choose what part is the law, and what part is the politics?

        He cannot legally be deported without a deportation order, which they didn't have. And he had a withholding of removal order, which specifically made it illegal to deport him to El Salvador, which they did anyway. They deported him anyway by mistake, but it was certainly not following the law, which is why they brought him back.
