The allegations seem reasonable. If you have a viral moment, and then you cannot create content because someone destroyed your property, then you lose that moment and can’t get it back. There is real damage from that IMO.

The fact that he got so upset at the robot when he knew the robot would act this way is the part that surprises me the most.
