Good! Although considering that the Supreme Court is thoroughly corrupted at this point, if the lawsuit actually goes anywhere I doubt it would survive an SC review regardless of the legal merits.

    Agreed. Even when a constitutional violation by the Federal Government has been recognized by the SCOTUS, they defer to Congress to decide and authorize a damage remedy. (Egbert v Boule)

    Since Congress defers to the Executive, it's one big loop of injustice.

A tidbit that I’m very interested in is Apple’s reports that it has not removed any apps at the request of the US government. It seems that in this case, they did; why don’t they report it transparently?
