Cloudflare Timeouts in Europe

All my European servers proxied through Cloudflare's CDN are down.

Cloudflare VPN is also not working.

1.1.1.1 DNS server is also down.

They say: Dashboard Login Latency and Timeouts

They mean: You server will get connection timeouts through CloudFlare proxy
