ASCII SkiFree

This is not really SkiFree, because it is missing the logs, the random trees, the other skiiers.

I recall making apps like this in BASIC on my BBC microcomputer: borders either side, only. I like it, a real blast from the past, but I'd love to see it adapted to be more SkiFree-like.
