Show HN: Catch App Store rejection issues before Apple does
tryrubberduck.comHi everyone! I'm the maker of Rubber Duck. After shipping iOS apps, I realized how unpredictable App Store review can be.
Even great apps get rejected for: missing metadata, small UI issues, broken flows on certain iPhone models, forgotten privacy entries, one-off crashes Apple found and many more.
Each rejection set the launch back days. So I built Rubber Duck to be the “review before the review.” It combines automated checks with human testers using real iPhones like an App Store reviewer, but faster and kinder. Security page contact says founder@tryrubbedduck.com. Sure, it's a typo, but that kind of thing matters when you are asking people to upload binaries. Thanks for the heads up, I will update it. How are you testing the app on real iPhones before it gets approved? TestFlight? I test it by resigning the .ipa file with my account and yes also through TestFlight internal tester, so I can test people's native Apple's APIs.
