Your entire business is money tracking and you’re gonna dump slop on everyone and make them suffer… unbelievable.
Through the courts, it may well be Intuit. It was a Canadian court that decided that a Canadian airline was on the hook for hallucinated fares, so that doesn't set a precedent in the USA.
Mind you, Congress is so in the pocket of Intuit that I would not be surprised to see legislation giving them immunity. If they were in the health care business they'd be pushing for no seatbelts and banning preventative care to drive up spending.
