    Yes, companies cooperating with the state is the norm, even when the state is committing atrocities, because companies exist to some degree at the behest of the state and their owners tend to value profit more than morals.

    It is sort of funny that once Google's motto was the niave "don't be evil" and now they are regularly engaging in questionable behaviour, e.g.: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_Nimbus
