Show HN: I recreated a 90s Halloween decoration from my childhood

I'm the creator of this. I wanted to make a fun, silly thing for Halloween. Growing up, this was always pulled out during Halloween time and put in the window. When someone walked up to the door or you waved your hand, it would go off.
