Working for US multinational outside the US, they always had us take mandatory training sessions on this (bribery and FCPA act). Always found it very admirable that they were enforcing this and that it probably had a net benefit for my country.(ie criminalizing corruption). Sad to see this change.

    Corruption is everywhere criminalized. The main issue is that it usually afects the poor.
