Troy Hunt's response to the Qantas data breach. We've had a handful of these recently (local telecom Optus comes to mind), and given our government's push for a digital ID, I expect we'll be seeing more soon.

It's an interesting discussion where having an injunction only prevents legitimate actors from mitigating the damage, but might minimise their liability in a future action.
