Now is personalized software a thing?

What does he lack of personalized software, and no landslide of AI slop-apps mean? We're all all-in on vibe-coding, I haven't written a line of Java in 6 months, only prompts, but nothing seems to be catching fire. Why? Aren't LLMs as great as we've been influenced?
