Post-Mortem: OpenTaco using code from OTF without attribution

If I'm reading these five why's correct, essentially they just copied the code without caring, and then didn't want to let caring get in the way of their product announcement, and got caught. It's not even really malicious, it's just apathetic. I'm not sure which is worse.
