Live Translation with AirPods is not available if you are in the EU

Live translation with AirPods is not available (quoting) "if you are in the EU and your Apple Account Country or Region is also in the EU."

As I understand it, if your Apple Account country or region is not in the EU, live translation with AirPods will work for you in the EU.
