hns: CLI tool that records your voice, transcribes it locally using faster-whisper, and copies the transcription to your clipboard

Install: `uv tool install hns` or `pipx install hns`

Run `hns`, ramble for 5 minutes, and then paste to Claude Code, Notes, Slack, etc.
