Workaround for Claude Code running `python` instead of `uv`

not for me, it's not (nor was poetry, or pipenv, or any of that other stuff).

this blog post would be much less annoying and maybe even helpful if it didnt start out with total flamebait. try language like "For those who prefer to run Python applications using the uv tool.....". just a suggestion
