Salesforce no doubt wants it to, but what if they instead just focused on making a great chat app?
They’ve been focusing on making an okay chat app into a mediocre chat app, while simultaneously dreaming about turning that chat app into the new Lotus Notes.
Calling anything an "operating system" when it's not is just weird too.
I doubt the people who wrote the ad copy could identify the characteristics of an operating system.
