Like a lot of people, I try to stay up-to-date with ML papers on arXiv. But, it's not easy.
I tried pure audio overviews (like notebooklm), but still found the experience not great. It's hard to stay focused on a pure-audio overview when things get technical. Chatting with Claude feels like I'm just getting a wall of text, albeit a shorter one. For me, the visuals are really important (e.g. diagrams / tables / charts), and pure text or pure video misses that.
So, I made TLDR to convert (ideally) any technical document into a visual presentation with audio narration. I've been using it daily for a few months, and recently decided to polish it and put it out there.
