Lots of interesting points, e.g.:

any potential remuneration for facilitating the initial acquisition of end users [...] does not remunerate the gatekeeper for gatekeeper value (= the value a service provided by a gatekeeper on top of the market value of the service, because of its position)

Apple can only charge for initial user acquisition, not for "value" of the user (e.g. if they spend more in app later)
