Epic CEO says Apple still hasn't approved Fortnite iOS, suggests obstruction

Didn't Apple already get in trouble for obstructing Epic and other companies like this? This feels like they're playing with fire, all because they're too stubborn to accept the ruling from the court and would rather go for malicious 'compliance' instead.

Either way, if they are deliberately obstructing Epic here, the legal system should go further here. Maybe make an example out of the CEO or board personally rather than letting them get corporate immunity.
