I'll never make that mistake again. Future companies that may want to do similar things (whether related to genetic or other data) can go suck it.
TIL Anne Wojcicki was married to Sergey Brin who provided the original funding for 23andMe.
When I interviewed at 23andme, I was told this is why employees were able to use some Google amenities. I thought it was kinda cool at the time.
