Why are we conflating jobs in the federal government that are wasting our money with actual useful jobs. They aren't currently being cut or in the same category.

US schools weren't ranked the best before Trump came into office. They have been slowly declining year-after-year. Isn't the logical concusion to try something besides continuing to pour money into failed ideas?
