Making the U.S. the home for open-source AI

I have little hope for the future of the US technology industry. If I had the resources, I would start a business in Europe, or at least using European programmers

Meanwhile back in the real world everyone is right now scrambling to figure out how they can decouple from the US tech scene as quickly as possible.

Doesn't feel like a safe home right now.
