Advent of CodSpeed

With Rust's support for inline assembly, I suspect this could quickly devolve into a competition to create the most optimized assembly code specifically tailored to the runner platform. Perhaps next year, the contest could exclude inline assembly to better identify bottlenecks in the standard library.
