There were many note-taking apps much earlier. Even on the Alto they had note-taking apps. In the eighties, systems like Lotus Notes appeared. And not to forget the many outliners, e.g. MORE on the Mac or Ecco Pro on Windows.
No, wouldn't it be ed? Or Notepad?
Only if ed and Notepad are viable replacements for something like Notion or Obsidian.
