Amazon's hard coded page with our name. Does this violate our trademark?

When I do an organic search on google for my company's trademarked name "YALA" or variations, Amazon has a page that shows up in the top 5 results. Amazon does not sell our brand. It appears Amazon has a hard coded page with our name in the search. Is this a clear trademark violation, or is Amazon doing this in a legal, albeit shady way?
