Piped SQL via DuckDB

Instead of waiting for the output of the admittedly interesting research from Google, start using piped SQL today anywhere you can use DuckDB.

Sidenote: GoogleSQL with pipe syntax is available in alpha already if you use BigQuery (https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/pipe-syntax).
