Show HN: 280x280 Massively Multiplayer chess (Desktop only)
chess280.comMade this to try out o1-preview, took ~40 prompts and 3 hours in total, with a fairly solid backed written in Go.
Works pretty badly in Firefox apparently due to canvas-canvas copies being really slow, Chrome works great tho.
Doesn't work well on mobile yet, and has some other minor issues, but overall it feels incredible to put together something like this so quickly. Hey! Love the idea here. However, how to you take pieces? Every time i try, i get told that the move is illegal
