This is so good.

As a musician (with adhd, no longer taking meds for it, but I digress) I have a lot of songs started, and far fewer completed.

I'm going to keep this in mind. When I get bogged down and can already feel the song is going to sit there unfinished, it means it probably is done, maybe needs another verse or whatever, and that's it.

Labouring over completeness sometimes ensures it'll never be complete.
