Can a Turing machine simulate the human brain?

A sapiens brain does more than “intelligence”.

Conversely, sapiens intelligence is not the only expression of intelligence and almost certainly not the apex of intelligence.

If a modern computer can simulate the human brain then the Turing machine can simulate the human brain.

Do we know all the states of the human brain?
