Duckduckgo.com is down

Was surprised to not see this anywhere else, I haven't been able to search for at least the past half hour; looks like there's a Microsoft-wide outage affecting Bing services that is bringing down DDG with it.

I've seen alternating results like "No results here" and "please try again".
