Redux Devtools and many more extensions will be removed from Chrome Web Store

Hi, I'm a Redux maintainer. I don't work on the DevTools much myself - that's mostly handled by @methuselah96 .

That said, the last comment he made about the status of the extension is:

> Fortunately Redux DevTools still works on Chrome 127. I am actively working on switching to MV3, this past month has just been super busy. But thankfully it looks like I still have another month to finish the transition, when I should have more time

Anything particular that prompted this post? Even looking at the linked extension page, I don't see any specific warnings about this.
