Who is doing the best neuroscience on consciousness?

I participated in Dynomight's survey and fell into the camp of those who think we'll make significant progress into the nature of consciousness via neuroscience. I am looking for links to people doing this work. I was introduced to a few by reading John Horgan, and am hooked.
