One thing that I find problematic is that it is nearly impossible to create images of Mother Goose rhymes.

For example, in Three Blind Mice, the farmer's wife cuts off their tails with a carving knife. Try to get ChatGPT to create an image of three blind mice without tails. It's extremely resistant to do so, even without the violent description. The response text insists that it has made the image as requested, but the image does not adhere to either your text or ChatGPT's text. They always have one or more tail each, and other artifacts like increasingly mangled blindfolds.

It's still the same with 4o.

This seems implausible; Riley Goodside earlier today demonstrated an image including former President Obama, who was mentioned by name.
