What draws you to different distros? I get my thrills switching between GNOME and KDE on Debian every now and then ;) I guess you'll get good at isolating your dotfiles and other configuration tweaks.

I'd want to try out

- Tumbleweed (rolling release SuSE)

- Mint Debian Edition

- Arch, to see what the fuss is about

- NixOS

- Zorin, or another "easy listening" distro

I really want to get to know more distros, and I've been thinking a bit about how to go about this.

I found a retired Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Nano Gen 1 that I've had lying unused. The idea I've had is that I'll now use this as my main computer, and switch distros every 3 months.
