Ask HN: How do you visualize complex concepts?
I was looking for a mind map sort of diagram for all the artificial intelligence related topics and how everything is related to each other. I could find some on Google.
Generally are there any tools/techniques that you use to understand/make it easy to comprehend complex topics pictorially or otherwise? I take a notebook and a pen and go outside to a park and first write the information in mixed form. Then I number them by writing numbers next to them. I scribble and write a new one until I reach the order I want. When I reach the result I want, I clear it and go home and digitize the notebook on the computer. If it could be visualized, I would give it a try. Most of the time, text is enough. Writing, It demands clarity. imagination with a sprinkle of schizophrenia and autism
