Hit 5K Revenue in 16 Months with My No-Code Side Project
conferbot.comHi all,
Diving straight into it: After 16 months of juggling a day job and pouring passion into a side project, my brother and I have hit a new milestone with our no-code tool, we’ve reached $5K in revenue. It’s all about making customer interaction simpler through AI-powered chatbots, minus the coding headache.
Here's a bit on our journey:
We kicked things off aiming to bridge a gap—enabling seamless business communication without the tech complexities. Our mantra? Keep it straightforward, yet impactful.
Our growth leaned heavily on the organic side, betting on SEO-optimized blog posts and to-the-point YouTube videos. It’s been a gradual climb, but the expanding user base through word-of-mouth and quality content has been truly rewarding.
16 months and $5K in, I’m reflecting on our pace. In the startup realm, it feels like a marathon. It’s a milestone for us, considering the work-life balance act, but I wonder, could we step on the gas with other growth strategies?
Moreover, this journey has been a tech boot camp for me. The next project seems less daunting, I've got a boilerplate ready, which feels like a secret weapon. XD Would any of you stick it out this long? Has anyone else found that persistence in one project paved the way for quicker launches down the road?
Would love to hear if you think it was worth the grind, or if there are other growth avenues we should explore. If you’ve got insights or advice on expanding beyond organic growth, I'm all ears.
