Seeking Insights – how to make wasted time in meetings go to ZERO?

Matej here, I’ve stumbled upon something quite surprising through my research: a staggering 70% of people admit they hardly ever prepare for meetings. A wild statistic, considering how much time we spend in meetings and how crucial meetings are for progress. This led me down a path to figure out if I can solve this.

Nice - good way to make auto agendas. In addition to this, my theory is that if you enable all the attendees to give feedback, meetings could really start changing.

I like the idea of declining a meeting if it's not prepared OR 'nudging' them to prepare ahead of time.
