I haven’t heard anyone calling for Buffett to step down from running Berkshire Hathaway and he’s 93. As has BRK, succession plans and a strong “bench” are institutional insurance.

boomers hang on too long. it's a characteristic. they sit on Humanity's wealth like dragons, equally incapable of doing good with their wealth as they are unable to pass it on to a generation less fucking selfish.

    Technically, Buffet isn’t a boomer. He would have been age 15 when the first baby boom (1946 to 1964) child was born.

      heh - my girlfriend's son is an 'elder millenial' (~40)... He was called a boomer about a month ago. :-P

      Meanwhile, us gen-X's just squeak on by - everyone forgets about us :-D
