Granian 1.0 Is Out

Hoping to see some discussion on this here. We tend to use uWSGI where we need the performance and Gunicorn where we don't, but I'd love an alternative that's both performant and not insanely difficult to configure - I discovered the other day that `uwsgi --help` outputs over 1k lines of flags and options.

Regardless, congrats on reaching 1.0 - I'm looking forward to trying it out (though it looks like it could do with some docs).
