Open Source Monte Carlo AutoScheduler for Jira

I created this after reading https://erikbern.com/2019/04/15/why-software-projects-take-l... a few years ago.

I was tired adding up time-related estimates to arrive at a due date. Now I ask teams for their time-related estimate (story points, weeks, etc) and a confidence on their estimate.

This tool runs 5k simulations to create a probabilistic roadmap. I hope others find it useful. Let me know if you have any suggestions!
