I'm excited to share with you a high-performance reconnaissance tool I wrote in Rust. It utilizes the "stealth" (or "half-open") technique (sending TCP packets with the SYN bit set), and has demonstrated impressive results -- inspecting 64K ports in under 3 seconds in a home lab test. The tool is licensed under the MIT License and it is very straightforward to use.
