The Marion Stokes VHS tape collection was sent to the Internet Archive.

My parents were on "The Newlywed Game" in the 70's and we are trying to track down the episode.

We have reached out to Sony Pictures (they own the rights now) and a few YouTube creators that have some videos from the show, but have lucked out.

Any ideas?

Have you reached out to the people mentioned in the Wikipedia article (directors, producers, etc)?

Thanks! I have started to do just that. Including the host, who is still alive.

Yeah I doubt they’d have any copies, but maybe they’d know who to contact. Or maybe see if they remember anyone who was involved with the technical side. Those people might know where archival copies are stored.

Do you know which episode number they were on?

Have you tried the library of congress, Smithsonian, and internet archive? Not site searches, but contacting an actual archivist or librarian at those institutions.
