FCC is claiming the power to control every aspect of broadband infrastructure

Yeah right, the "deep state." Cry me a river.

If telecoms had even a smidgeon of interest in actually serving their customers instead of milking them (and milking the taxpayers too), this issue would never have come up. This is necessary infrastructure, and should not be used as a cash cow by predatory corporations.
