Show HN: Prtm – Protein Models in PyTorch
github.comprtm brings together some of the most popular deep learning models for proteins. Currently covered use cases include folding, inverse folding, structure design, and sequence language modeling. The hope is that prtm will make building protein science workflows that incorporate these state-of-the-art models much faster and more enjoyable. Any feedback is very appreciated!
