Looking for first business hire and advice on how to build high performing teams

Hi everyone, I've been running all the non-engineering sides of Kaedim solo for the past 2 years as the CEO and I am looking for our first business hire (30th overall hire) to join me in growing the business 10x over the next 12 months. We have more traction than I can single-handedly take care of and need someone entrepreneurial and ideally with a tech background to work closely with me. You should probably use the 'Who is hiring' threads that appear on HN at the first of every month (so in 10 days). That will give you a much better shot than a random posting like this which won't make it to the homepage anyway.
